Thinkfinity is a great website that provides free lesson plans and resources for teachers.  It is a very comprehensive website.

Pennsylvania Department of Education will provide you with information regarding current educational practices and trends, updated information on school law, and also provides you with the ability to monitor your Act 48 credits and teaching certificate.

Aesop is the online tracking system for reporting absences.

Filamentality is a free site which allows you to create webquests to use in your classroom.

Reference Desk is a comprehensive website for finding facts on just about anything at all.

Dr. Christies Using Power Point in the Classroom is a site for beginngers through advanced users on how to incorportate power point lessons into your classroom

Internet4classrooms provides teachers with resources as to how he/she can incorporate the internet effectively into the classroom.

Scholastic provides an array of free teacher lessons to use in the classroom.

Discovery Education again is a great site to access teacher lesson plans.

The Awesome Library organizes the Web with 15,000 carefully reviewed resources, including the top 5 percent in education. This is a very deep and well thought-out list of links that is fast and easy to use.

Differentiated Instruction is a web site that provides a multitude of information and resources on DI.

The New York Times Learning Network is a news-centered multimedia education site for grades 3-12, with up-do-date features that change daily. these include stories and photographs from the world-famous newpaper with related activities and guided Web tours. The network also maintains an excellent collection of curriculum materials in every content area.
