Welcome to the Social Studies Department!
7th Grade Curriculum: In 7th grade, the students will cover the follow units: Geography of the Western Hemisphere, Age of Discovery, Early Colonization and Colonial Life, The American Revolution, and Foundations of American Government.
7th Grade Teachers: Mr. Hoyas and Mrs. Volpe
8th Grade Curriculum: In 8th grade, the students will cover the following units: World Geography Skills, Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, Medieval Times, Renaissance and Reformation, and The Age of Discovery.
8th grade teachers: Mrs. Gravuer and Mr. Donlen
All units and lessons are aligned to Pennsylvania State Standards and follow best teaching practices.
