Mrs. Feeley
Welcome to 7th Grade Pre-Algebra!
Mrs. Feeley
As a result of taking part in 7th grade pre-algebra, students will gain an appreciation and an understanding of a multitude of concepts that will enable them to successfully solve mathematical problems. Students will also realize that mathematics is needed in many aspects of their lives, not just in a classroom.
Grading Policy: To calculate grades, a point system is used. Points accumulate as follows:
Homework: 5-10 points
Tests: 100 points
Quizzes: vary
In-class assignments: vary
Projects: 100+ (rubrics are given)
Homework: It is given approximately three times a week. Students are given full credit if the work is complete, whether it is correct or incorrect. We go over homework assignments at the beginning of every class period. By doing this, students are given immediate feedback and can ask questions if needed.
