Maple Shade Elementary School

Welcome to the Principal's Page! My name is Margaret Deni and I have been the principal since 2006. We are very proud of our students and staff at Maple Shade. This year we are celebrating the 80th anniversary of our school and are proud to be the oldest continuosuly operating public elementary school in Bucks County. Maple Shade opened for the first time on September 2, 1930. We are committed to providing the best education to all of our students.

The Maple Shade learning community believes that all children can learn and that public education should enable all children to fulfill their uniques potential. Through our school, our students gain an appreciation for our cultural diversity and acquire the knowledge and skills to become productive citizens.

Education is the key to developing each child's intellectual, physical and emotional abilities. Through a partnership of family, staff and community we provide a safe, caring and noncompetative environment, model life-long learning and help students demonstrate academic proficiency.
