Our Mission

The mission of James Buchanan Elementary School is to provide a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment designed to assess and meet the individual needs of all students as well as to motivate each student to achieve academic proficiency.   

We will provide programs to encourage all students to become productive and responsible citizens who value learning and personal social responsibility.

We will encourage parent involvement by offering family activities to promote literacy.
