Charles Lisby, who made a career as a jazz musician, impressed upon the children the importance of having good teachers. Mr. Lisby played the flute, clarinet and saxaphone with the Count Basie Orchestra and later toured the country with his own band.
Alden Trotman loves his job as an operating room technician at Mercer Hospital in NJ. The father of three children at Lafayette (Alden, Nadia and Anya) wore scrubs to demonstrate ways in which hospitals promote a sterile environment. He is pictured here with first grade teacher, Christine Frawley.
Adrienne Harris-Williams, a postal worker with the Bristol post office said she enjoys working in the out-of-doors. She explained how letters mailed in Bristol travel all around the world.
Craig Geier, an entrepreneur who owns his own HVAC business, said he likes being his own boss. His children, Gabriella and Ethan, attend Lafayette School.
