Clara Barton Elementary School

Our Kindergarten program is filled with many academic experiences, as well as time for socialization skills, building new friendships and working together.  Kindergarten students at Clara Barton Elementary school use many different programs, like Wilson Reading FUNdations and 100 book challenge that helps us to bridge phonics and literature. 

Each week our students participate in library, music, physical education and art class. We have many fun birthday and holiday activities that we love our parents to be apart of.  Parental involvement and interest sends a message to your child that you value them and their school experience.  With this in mind, research shows that reading to your child each and everyday builds a strong foundation for a life long reader and learner.
