Clara Barton Elementary School

 Life-long success depends of self-discipline. In fifth grade, we encourage our students to be responsible for their actions and manage their time to complete tasks. We expect all students entering 5^th grade to have the multiplication facts 0-12 memorized and be able to use capital letters and end punctuation correctly. In order to promote self-discipline, a school-wide effective behavior system is in effect. The following rules apply to all students at Clara Barton.

 Be Respectful:

Do what you know to be right, wait your turn, say nice comments to others, or say nothing at all

 Be Responsible:

Turn in assignments on time, be ready to learn by having all supplies, ask questions when you don’t understand, stay organized

 Be  Safe:

Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
